The Congress Centrum Würzburg has nine conference and seminar rooms that can be variably combined, as well as the centerpiece, the Franconia Hall – with space for 1,635 people. The rooms and exhibition areas are spread over three levels: Entrance level, hall level and panorama level. Four foyers, some of which can also be connected to rooms and thus enlarged, offer ample space for registration, trade fairs and exhibitions or coffee breaks.

In the backstage area of the Franconia Hall, there are four further small rooms that can be used as dressing rooms for artists or organization offices.

Four entrances (A-D) provide access to the building from all sides, whether from the main train station, the underground parking garage or the “Congress Centrum” streetcar stop.

Foyer areas

Four foyers, which can be connected to other areas or rooms, are available. The Franconia Foyer offers the largest area with 1,796 m² in the small hall version.

The square (515 m²) can be connected to the large entrance foyer A+B (991 m²). This results in a total area of 1,506 m² on the entrance level.

The foyer on the panorama level has an area of 149 m² and can be connected to the adjoining rooms 10+11, for example, and then measures 355 m².

The foyer areas can be used in addition to the booked rooms, e.g. for catering, accompanying exhibitions or poster presentations. Provided it is not for commercial use, it is free of charge. In the case of commercial use, i.e. subletting of space, the stated prices are charged per m².
